Compare the actual centre, not only the brand
Availability, schedule, environment and staff can differ by branch. Record the exact centre, programme level, preferred start date and operating hours before arranging visits.
Observe the daily experience
Ask how arrival, meals, naps, outdoor time and transitions are managed. Notice how adults respond to children and how the centre communicates incidents, learning progress and routine changes.
Build a comparable cost view
Request the current fee basis and ask about registration, deposit, meals, materials, uniforms, enrichment and withdrawal notice. Confirm applicable subsidies or support through official channels for your own eligibility.
Ask about the day your family needs
Describe the child’s age group, preferred start period, daily hours, language preferences and practical drop-off needs. Ask each centre which programme and schedule it is proposing, how a place is confirmed and what remains subject to availability. Discuss settling-in arrangements, routine communication and how the centre responds to a parent’s questions. A listing or enquiry is not confirmation of admission.
Compare written fees and practical terms
Request the complete fee schedule, deposits, optional activities and any other recurring or one-time charges relevant to the proposed programme. Ask about attendance changes, withdrawals, refunds and the records provided to parents. Verify any qualification or registration statement through its stated source rather than assuming the directory has confirmed it. Keep sensitive child information out of public links and share it privately only when needed.
