XIYA does not currently charge customers or automatically charge providers. Sustained visits, valid demand, provider response and customer outcomes come first; any later commercial pilot will be limited and optional.
Meeting the gates starts an evaluation; it does not activate billing. Any pilot will be explained in advance and require provider opt-in.
