XIYA EVIDENCE STANDARD

Price evidence should be specific enough for the decision.

XIYA separates a published price from a recommendation-safe price. A low number is not used as a headline merely because it appears somewhere on a provider website.

VerifiedSuitable for published comparison when the service scenario also matches.
ReviewA source exists, but XIYA still needs to confirm an important detail before recommendation use.
HeldThe evidence is intentionally excluded from recommendation-safe pricing because the public source does not support the required specificity.

What XIYA checks

Service type, quantity or duration, frequency, GST treatment, minimum charges, platform or base fees, conditional surcharges, source URL and the latest check date. When those details do not support the user scenario, XIYA keeps the evidence out of recommendation-safe comparison.

Why this matters

For example, a promotional multi-unit aircon headline should not automatically become the price for one unit. A same-day cleaning discount should not replace the standard one-time rate. Conditional prices remain conditional.

XIYA is an independent discovery and comparison platform. Providers remain the source of the final quotation and booking terms.
