Weekly home cleaning: area and quote checklist
Prepare a weekly cleaning enquiry, distinguish recorded island-wide coverage from an available slot, and compare the written scope before choosing.
Complete guide text
Check before contacting providers
- ✓District, home type and weekly frequency
- ✓Rooms, size and two priority tasks
- ✓Address and recurring slot confirmed privately
- ✓Included tasks, exclusions and supplies
- ✓Full written charge, proposed hours and minimum session
- ✓Replacement, change and cancellation conditions
If the hours are unknown, ask for a proposal
You can start an enquiry without choosing a number of hours. Describe the home, rooms and priority tasks, then ask each provider to propose the hours and explain what fits. In the comparison task tool, explicitly choose hours to be proposed for your confirmation. Review the preview before using it. A proposed duration, recorded minimum session or directory price does not confirm the final work or bill.
Keep the frequency and billing basis consistent
Write weekly or once every two weeks explicitly. If you are considering more than one frequency, ask for separate quotes rather than treating one starting hourly price as applicable to every option. Ask what the written total covers, whether it is per visit or a package, and how minimum hours, supplies, transport and tax are handled. Record the provider’s written answer; XIYA does not calculate a final total or accept terms for you.
Start with your area and weekly priorities
For example: “I am in Tampines and need weekly home cleaning.” Add the home type, approximate size, rooms and two priority tasks. Share an exact address privately only when needed to arrange a visit.
Separate a coverage record from an appointment
A record labelled Singapore-wide can be relevant to a district search. It does not confirm that your address, preferred day or recurring time is available. Ask the provider to confirm each item before treating the enquiry as a booking.
Give each provider the same task list
Separate routine floors, bathrooms and accessible surfaces from appliance interiors, windows or intensive work. Ask what fits the session and which products or equipment you need to prepare. Record exclusions instead of assuming every task is included.
Compare the written total and recurring terms
Request minimum hours, all fees, supplies, transport and tax treatment. Ask how replacement staff, skipped weeks and schedule changes are handled, and which written conditions apply to cancellation or issue reporting. A starting price alone is not a comparable quote.
Use XIYA to prepare, then confirm with the provider
Use the cleaning directory and source links to compare records. Copy or share the checklist only when you choose. A directory view, copied enquiry or contact click does not send a message or confirm a service.
