XIYA is an information, comparison and request-assignment platform. Provider details, pricing, coverage and availability may change; users should confirm them directly before purchase.

Submitting a request is not a booking or payment. XIYA may review it before sharing it with up to three matched providers. Suppliers must not use received customer requests outside the relevant service enquiry.

Supplier claims, business applications and profile changes require review. Submitters must be authorized to represent the company and provide truthful information and sources. XIYA may reject a request, revoke access or retain the existing public record.

Community provider suggestions must be truthful and include a checkable public source. A suggestion does not guarantee listing, contact, verification or publication; XIYA may link duplicates to an existing record or close the research.

Issue reports must contain honest, checkable information and may not be used for harassment, impersonation or sharing sensitive personal data. XIYA may review or reject reports and retain the original record where evidence is insufficient.

Commercial ranges shown on supplier pages are planning assumptions, not current offers or automatic-charge commitments. Payment never improves organic ranking, and supplier status is not XIYA verification of quality, licensing or performance.
